Adib Alzamil

Chairman

Adib Alzamil is CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Zamil Group. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Finance & Investment of Zamil Group, Managing Director of Zamil Industrial Investment Company, and Managing Director of Zamil Air Conditioners. In addition to Jadwa, Mr. Alzamil is the chairman of the United Carton Industries Co. and Fajr Capital, and a Board member of Zamil Industrial Investment Company and Zamil Group Holding Company. Mr. Alzamil holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Portland State University (USA).

Abdulaziz Alsubeaei

Vice Chairman

Abdulaziz Alsubeaei is a Board and Executive Committee member of Mohammed Alsubeaei & Sons Investment Company (MASIC). In addition to Jadwa, Mr. Alsubeaei is a Board member of Fajr Capital, MASIC Logistics (as Chairman), Saudi Mechanical Industries Co. (as Vice Chairman), Farabi Petrochemicals Co., Alimony Fund, Qassim Health Cluster, Imam Saud ibn Abdulaziz Reserve, Education Support Society (Ta’Allom) of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and the National Center of Family Business in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Alsubeaei holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from King Saud University (KSA).

Abdulrahman Al-Ruwaita

Director

Abdulrahman Al-Ruwaita is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudi Research & Media Group (SRMG). Previously, he served as Managing Director and General Manager of Aseer Company and as First Vice Executive President at Dallah Al Baraka Holding Company. In addition to Jadwa, Mr. Al-Ruwaita is a Board member of the General Commission for Audiovisual Media. Mr. Al-Ruwaita holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of South Carolina (USA).

Khalid Al-Khowaiter

Independent Director

Khalid Al-Khowaiter is CFO at Advanced Electronics Company (AEC), a technology company owned by the government of Saudi Arabia. In addition to Jadwa, he is a Board member at the Advanced Arabian Simulation Company (as Chairman), Saudi Air Navigation Services, and Advanced Electronics Support Services Company (as Chairman). He is also the Chairman of the Executive Committee of Accounting Standards (SOCPA). Mr. Al-Khowaiter holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from King Saud University (KSA), and has passed the CPA exam from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Iqbal Khan

Independent Director

Iqbal Khan is CEO of Fajr Capital, a sovereign-backed private equity firm. Previously, he was the founding CEO of HSBC Amanah. In addition to Jadwa, he is a Board member at Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam, Cravia Group, and MENA Infrastructure. Mr. Khan holds a master’s degree in political science and international relations and a bachelor’s degree in physics and chemistry from Aligarh Muslim University (India). His industry honors include the Royal Award for Islamic Finance by the King of Malaysia, a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Prime Minister of the UAE, and the State Award of the Most Honourable Order of the Crown of Brunei.

Chris Masterson

Independent Director

Christopher Masterson is Chairman of Montagu, a European private equity firm. He chairs the firm’s LLP Board, Investment Committee and Remuneration Committee, and previously served as its CEO. In addition to Jadwa, Mr. Masterson is a Board member at Fajr Capital, for which he is also the Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. Masterson holds an MBA degree from Manchester Business School (UK) and a bachelor’s degree from University College, London (UK).

Michael Powell

Independent Director

Michael Powell is Senior Partner at FinEx Capital, a London-based asset management firm. He is also an active investor in and advisor to several technology companies. Previously, he was a Group General Manager & Global Head of Markets of HSBC and a member of the HSBC Group Executive Committee. In addition to Jadwa (for which he chairs the Investment Committee), he is a Board member of Fajr Capital, Exogenesis, ECM Motors, and Vallum. Mr. Powell is FSA registered and holds an MBA degree from Henley Business School (UK).

Tariq Al-Sudairy

Managing Director & CEO

Tariq Al-Sudairy is Jadwa’s Managing Director & CEO and the Chairman of the Executive Management Committee. Prior to joining Jadwa in 2011, he was a Senior Vice President at Amwal AlKhaleej, Manager at McKinsey & Company, and Consultant at Lexecon Inc. In addition to Jadwa, he is on the board of Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company (Luberef) and The Financial Academy. Mr. Al-Sudairy holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School (USA) and a bachelor’s degree with honors in economics from Williams College (USA).
