Jadwa Investment announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-fundamental change to Jadwa Saudi Riyal Murabaha Fund; such change will become effective on 10/11/1444 H corresponding to 30/05/2022. The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows:

• Amendment of the fund manager's capital
• Correction of a typo in the name of the benchmark
• Amendment of the wording of some definitions
• Addition of the information of the administrative manager in the fund summary
• Change in the wording of "investment objectives"
• Update of the “Investment Concentration Policy” and “Derivatives” clauses in accordance with the latest version of the Investment Funds Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority
• Addition of items to the list of risks
• Deletion of appendix No. 1
